Presidium is a collective governing body of the Association.

Competence

• Elects three Co-Chairmen from the number of its members and the Chairman of the Association from the Co-Chairmen of the Association;
• Elects from its number the Bureau of Presidium and decides on early termination of the members of the Bureau of Presidium;
• Elects from its number the Chairman of the Board of the Association upon the recommendation of the Chairman of the Association;
• Approves regulations on the activities of the Central Control and Audit Commission of the Association upon the recommendation of the Chairman of the Association;
• Elects members of the Board of the Association upon the recommendation of its Chairman of the Board and decides on early termination of the members of the Board, approves the regulation on the Board of the Association;
• Forms the Board of Trustees of the Association and approves the Regulation on the Board of Trustees of the Association;
• Examines annual reports of the Board of the Association;
• Decides on convoking regular and special Congress;
• Sets the representational quota attending the Congress;
• Forms the agenda of Congress sessions;
• Reports on its activities at the Congress;
• Organises and controls implementation of the decisions of the Congress;
• Within the scope of the principal activities approved by the Congress, examines and approves the programs and plans of the Association’s functioning;
• Approves regulations on the functioning of the Arbitration Court of the Association upon the recommendation of the Chairman of the Association;
• appoints the Chairman and judges of the Arbitration court of the Association upon the recommendation of the Chairman of the Association;
• forms the Central Council of the Association, approves its members and abolishes it;
• Determines the current tasks of the Association, establishes commissions, working groups and other bodies, approves regulations on them, approves their chairpersons and plan of their activities, monitors their work;
• Decides on establishing the press bodies of the Association;
• Decides on establishing trust funds;
• Decides on the membership of the Association in other non-governmental organisations, establishment of representative offices, non-governmental associations, business partnerships and companies;
• Approves the Regulation on regional and local departments of the Association, Regulations on representative offices of the Association;
• Decides on joining international organisations and associations;
• Approves annual reports and annual balance sheets of the Association;
• Approves and amends the financial plan of the Association;
• Establishes awards and approves Regulations on Association’s awards;
• Grants the awards and prizes of the Association;
• Approves the emblem and other attributes of the Association;
• Approves Regulations on requirements to the candidates for the membership in the Association;
• Approves the membership and joining fees of the Association;
• Approves the schedule of the Office of the Association.
