Association of Lawyers of Russia and Bar Association of India strengthen cooperation through a bilateral agreement

As part of the visit to UAE, Association of Lawyers of Russia signed cooperation agreement with The Bar Association of India on November 24, 2022.

The agreement provides for mutual consultations, holding joint events, implementing international educational projects and other formats of cooperation. ALRF and BAI are the founders of the BRICS Legal Forum and have been actively developing communication with the BRICS countries in various legal fields since 2014.

The MoU was signed by the Chairman of the Association of Lawyers of Russia Sergey Stepashin and President of the Bar Association of India Prashant Kumar.

The ALRF delegation was also joined by member of the ALRF Presidium Alexey Klishin, Deputy Chairman of the ALRF Board Stanislav Alexandrov and Head of ALRF Department for International Development Cha Mi Vu.
